NEW RISCO SITE

Dear RISCO customer,


We are pleased to announce that we have redesigned riscolockbox.com to provide a better user experience and make it easier for our customers to find what they need. Effective Monday November 3rd, at 5 PM PST, the new website will be accessible. When the switch is made, there may be a brief period when the website is unavailable.



In making this transition, we have made every effort to ensure that the bookmarks you use will still function. For example, if you have bookmarked the Orion login page at www.riscolockbox.com/orion this will still function as it always has.



There may be cases when using a bookmark that you will be taken to the main riscolockbox.com page instead to the specific item you are looking for. All documents previously on the Files Download page and Support page can be found by clicking on the Support Center link on the right side of the new riscolockbox.com page. All the documents will then be found on the right hand column of the Support Center page.



Attached to this email is a screenshot of what the new web will look like. There are three different locations on the page which can be used to log into Orion. Thank you very much for your continued business and please let us know if you have any questions regarding the new website.
